I have always been a fan of David Attenborough...I don't have many idols but he is definitely one of them. Such an inspiring person! This DVD collection is one of my favourite of his productions...not only covering wildlife but also the happenings of the planet that have a knock-on effect to that wildlife. The cinematography in this set is amazing! The places these cameramen/women get to go makes me green with envy! Overall 10/10

Got blu-ray player on my laptop and decided to give something a shot, heard that planet earth, while only 1080i rather than the superior 1080p, was the best you could find, and since I got it on sale at a pretty decent price, i'd say if you see it on sale, it's definatley worth a grab!
