This is a great romantic comedy. I love the beginning and the britishness of it. The cottage is so cosy and cute
and you're reminded of 'bridget jones' in a way. Kate Winslet & Jack Black are excellent in this, and they are the only
reason why I saw this movie. They make a cute couple and their characters are down to earth.
However in regards to Cameron Diaz and Jude Law they were just too much, well Jude Law wasn't too bad, he was bareable.
But Most of the time it just seemed that Cameron Diaz was stealing the show. Some of her shots in the film are so pointless
over-done and too long. Such as the break up with her boyfriend that went on forever! A scene of her running forever and just
pouty look at me scenes. Her character has arrogance and boasts about being wealthy which isn't likeable. Anyway,
this film is worth watching for the story Kate Winslet plays and her relationships, But Cameron Diaz ruins the movie for me as she's too much.
It has great music, charm and a cosiness about it. I just wish there was less Diaz and Law and more Winslet and Black.

i saw this film on tv a few months ago, two woman from diffrent backgrounds they looking on the internet for a holiday, so they do a house swap for a few weeks, and then share there other persons lives too, sweet film to watch with your sweetheart with candles and a beef curry and egg fride rice, ha he thats what we did - good film so i got the dvd from ebay.

This DVD came very quickly, and was in a very good new condition. The disc all works fine + its such a great girly film so I rate this with 5 stars, make sure you all watch it girls! Hehe
